i have weathered through my first closing on Friday night. It was short and quick and painless. My check wasn't too bad but I have to pay it all back to my broker which I owe for dues and insurance and a bunch of other stuff. When will the money come? This is definatley not the industry to get into if you aren't already pretty much financilly sound. Some agents told me that it would take about a year to really get into the swing of things. I am starting to really believe that.
