Oh no, what am I saying?  Linda is going to whip my butt!  Oh well, Shhhh, we'll keep this our little secret. 

I don't know about the catering. If I tried that I'm affraid everyone would be getting Ham & Cheese sandwiches.  On the other hand the acceptance of credit cards is a must in my book.  We hate to pay the fees but many of our clients both local and long distance use them and there's no better way to assure that bills are paid on time.

Fernando ~ I always thought that was a good idea for you; to incorporate your chef background and offer the catering at opens.  Let us know how that works out.  I have my Paypal account to fall back on if anyone wants to pay by credit card, but I haven't had anyone ask as yet. 

Offering catering is a new twist.  Please keep us updated on how it is received.

Fernando, if I could cook like you, I would offer catering as well.  I would LOVE to be in town during one of your catered open houses!

So you are a chef, also...you never cease to amaze me...wish that I lived closer to you..we would be buds for sure...I love the idea and plan on doing something like that myself....Hope that you are safe and dry in Florida....
