Sometimes you get the bear, Sometimes the bear gets you.

I am not complaining but, this has been one tough summer. I am the type who hates to lose. Always thought "If you show me a good loser, the I'll show you a loser". I believe when I get a listing appointment, I will get the listing; if I get a buyer, I'll find what they want. But the real estate business has a way of humbling someone. I'm struggling with not getting as many appointments as I want, and sure not getting as many buyers.

However, I log into ActiveRain every day to read blogs, Q&A, and referrals. I browse postings in various groups and have even spoke personally with agents in several other states who are members of ActiveRain. And I feel better after I log out. I am so glad to gain from the experiences of other professionals who struggle with the same problems I encounter.

Keep up the good work, stay positive and continue to remind me I am in this business to help others make their dream come true: A home of their own. Thanks AR members
