I'm afraid that the bailouts will not stop.  Maybe next will be Visa.  With record defaults on the rise for this and other credit card companies I wonder if they to will be considered to larg to fail.  www.vizionkc.com

I don't know, but I think the gov't is finally realizing the seriousness and trying to correct it.  Not sure they will really be able to accomplish the turn around any time soon, although I hope they do.

I agree we (realtors) have to live by Darwins theory of survival of the fitest and the "Big Indusrty" goes by a different set of rules.
