we are a small community in the mountains. Our home prices did inflate with the boom, but most of these homes up here are old cabins. Different market than Arizona, I would guess. We do get some Arizonians up here purchasing second homes for getting out of the heat!

Properties are selling, mostly the REOs. Those are sometimes going in the first few days, if not hours of being listed! Our prices are great right now for folks wanting to buy a second home for vacation or investment. Some of these homes are so cheap there's nowhere else to go but UP!
