I will be having an open house on Sunday, September 21st at 1504 Lindale Lane in Ashwaubenon. the times are 12:30PM until 2:00PM. This beautifully remodeled tri-level offers 1,600 sq. ft. of living space which does not include the partially finished lower level. Some of the amenities include central air, ceramic time, a large family room with a wood bu ring fireplace and a fenced in back yard.

Cindy - good luck with your open house, while I still do them in all my years, and there are a lot of them, the first time a perosn who came into an open house on one of my listings that actually put an offer on the house they saw was just recently. I know they work for some areas and they are good here for getting clients but with all the virtual tours available on the internet the trafic at open houses certainly is down.
