Do you find that people are so wishywashy these days? I have recently had a couple of people looking to buy and then go for a rentals because they think the market is going to get better for them in a few months. I don't know about that I seem to have left my crystal ball at home.
It would be nicer if they started out as renters and saved me from all the running around looking at homes to purchase.
Either way a pay check is a pay check.
I currently have rentals listed in Warwick $1100 and $715 and one in New Hampton $900, Monroe $1150 all 1 bedrooms, and a commercial space Store Front for $875 on Main St. in Chester. All easy to show.
