October 9 and 10, 2008, the City of Wentzville will pick up bulky items for its residents. Those living on the north side of the railroad tracks will have their large items picked up Thursday, October 9, 2008.
Pickup for residents living on the south side of the railroad tracks will have their bulky items picked up on Friday, October 10, 2008.
Residents must have their large trash items on the curb by 6 a.m. Semi-airtight containers with 1 1/2 cu. ft. of capacity or more and openings of 50 sq. in. must have hinges, latches or other hardware removed for safetly purposes.
Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, washers, dryers, and stoves will be accepted. Items with freon should be put to the side of all other items, because a separate truck will pick them up.
Tires, batteries, waste oil, yard waste, bricks, railroad ties, liquids, and car or engine parts will not be picked up.
