Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this post.  First off, major kudos to all of you on this site who are dedicated, passionate bloggers.  You have all boasted the success AR has brought to you as a result of the time and dedication you have committed to your postings and the great relationships you have built on here.  By no means do I intend to undermine the reason for the existance of this site, but at the same time it is a place and a format to share ideas with one another; that is my goal.

I have met many Realtors who would like to be on the front page of search results on Google, Yahoo, etc but have no idea how to get there.  There is no shortage of posts on AR to help a Realtor get started who wants to do it "organically" via blogging, yet experience tells me that for every Realtor who is a successful blogger, there are 20 or 30 who for a variety of reasons will never be a blogger.  I hope this post will help those folks understand their options and find something that will work for them.

Instead of going in to detail on what I can do to help, I am simply going to put a pole in the water and see if there is any interest.  I will be happy to go into a detailed reply with anyone looking for more information.  I can help Realtors coast to coast, so please don't let location deter you from contacting me.  I can provide the same benefit to lenders, title folks and other affilliate members.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi

That was a great teaser. Like most people, I'm a little lazy and although I believe blogging can help me grow my business, I'm not sure it is worth the effort. I'd love you to share any secrets that might help me to grow my business. I do not mind some hard work but need to know that the hard work will yield results.

What an ad in Yellow Book? Rochelle there are plenty of ways to get onto the 1st page of Google and many of them are detailed here at Active Rain and they don't pertain to blogging. Most of them are free as well.

In regards to your comment on my blog.... Although I do agree with you, if you knew anything about re-blogging you would know that I have no control over the title written. There is no option to change it.

Hey Bill, yes there are a ton of ways to get found on Google, and many of them are covered here on AR; I believe I stated that above.  Blogging among other ways are "free" perhaps in terms of money, but not time and other skills.  I have worked with Realtors all around the country and the majority of them will never blog, and most who try it will not be as successful as you are.  The Google AdWords campaigns we offer through Yellowbook.com (not the print book) is a legit option for the masses; not to mention how Google became a $19 billion company.

Not sure what you mean about "no control over title written"?  I am glad you were able to see my comment for what it was, my perspective about how/why blogging is worthwhile.  Have a good evening.

Rochell - Glad you were able to figure out the re-blog thing:) I would never have used a title like that myself. I wish you were able to change the title on the re-blog feature.

You have a good evening as well...but not too good:)

Rochell- I think there will be plenty of people who would be interested in your spelling it out for them. Of the many means: blogging, advertising of all types, etc. there's room for such info.
