No not a Hollywood Star just a good person destine for great things in life. I had the pleasure of meeting such a person today well two but only one face to face. I will update on the other at a later time.
I was sitting in a Tea Room "Basically British" located in Warren, RI when in walked Joel DeMelo owner of DeMelo Construction Inc. He had flyers for two apartment buildings he had renovated and now are for rent/lease. Fab the owner of Basically British and friend of mine knows I am a real estate broker and kindly introduced us. Joel's renovation project displays his pride in his workmanship. They look beautiful. He updated these home as if he were going to live there himself.
While getting deeper into the conversation he shows us some photos of the renovation. Well after looking at the photos it is more obvious that this was not only a renovation but a reconstruction project. Now I am on my way to go look at the homes. I would be proud to find people who would rent/lease/or maybe even buy these homes.
Next is Gina. Gina did the flyers for Joel and they are really great. I haven't met Gina yet and I look forward to seeing more of her work. I'll be calling her today to see if she will e-mail some photos of the properties. Hopefully she will allow me to provide a link to her on my blog sites.
It is freshing to see such pride in workmanship.
