Steamboat Springs Residential Green Building Program

After many months of meetings, research and diligent work, the Steamboat Springs Green Building Program was finally presented to Routt County Commissioners and City Council last night. No vote was taken, but Council members and commissioners were supportive of the program. The program would call for voluntary compliance with sustainable building practices for new residential construction in the city and county. Our team is very excited about what the future holds for promoting sustainabilty in development in Steamboat.
