How are you a value added broker or agent? What sets you apart from the rest of the industry?

 These are just a few questions I ask prospective agents that approach me seeking a career in Real Estate.

 My response:

  • Get involved, this is not a part time occupation
  • Network, Network, Network
  • Givers Gain, a BNI term I believe with all my heart.
  • If you want to receive you must give first.
  • Trust, trust your instincts, they're usually right.

 Our industry is not just helping clients buy and sell homes, it's about helping people achieve their goals and dreams.

 It's so nice when you've completed a transaction and you become friends with a client. I can' tell you the great friends I have made over the years. One of my favorite golfing buddies was a past client of mine. He and his wife moved her from Massachusetts several years ago and we're the best of friends today. That's what our business is about. Building relationships.
