Monika, this looks like a normal 3 bedroom home! Hard to believe it also has a 3 bedroom rental with it!

Nice presentation Monika! One question: what do you do after the open house? do you change the post's title?

I never thought of that. Same thing I guess when it goes under agreement...update the post that it is sold....?? Maybe I'll update how the Open went. Not sure...
