It's the first of November which means that October is history. So let's look at the historical data that October gave us on Omaha homes sales and the number of Omaha homes for sale.

Here is the data.

The number of Omaha homes for sale dropped by 203 from the first of September to the first of October.  The number of sales of Omaha homes also dropped, but by only 45. There is a 12.11 month supply of homes for sale. Quite an increase from last month's numbers when there was an 8.6 month supply of homes in Omaha. Check out last month's numbers at
