Parts of LA are holding up well .... but the San Fernando Valley has been hardest hit with many short sales and foreclosures.
This particular condo is excellent value for Beverly Hills so I'm confident it will sell relatively quickly. (Usually 2 Beds start in the mid $700,000's and the sky's the limit.)
