OK so they are not all selling but my listings are. The magic number seems to be around seventy days. I will admit I do have one listing that has gotten up to seventy seven days. Although I admit that the oldest one has just gone under contract. I am just sorry it took me all weekend to negotiate the deal. Of course long distance negotiations take a little longer. But with deals like four days from list to contract and selling pocket listings before they are even listed does help keep my average under 30 DAYS.
I know if you have been reading my blogs you will remember the fact that I use a professional photographer for my listings, I do individual marketing plans for my homes, and I do monthly CMA's for all homes in order to keep the price within the market value of the area. These are just a few of the many things that I do for my listings.
Myself and my team do not sit back and wait for an agent to bring us a buyer we go and find them! How many of you signed your listing agreement and have seen your home for sale in Greensboro, North Carolina but, have not heard or seen your agent lately? Do you get updates from them on the web traffic for your listing? Do you have access to a website to monitor your listing? Well, you should. You need much more it this market then a "listing agent" you need someone to market and SELL your home not just "list" it.
So if you need a real estate agent in the Triad (Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem) to SELL your home just let me know.
