Tradelines and reserves are the key!

Just a little insight for the real estate people here...please inform you customers that reserves and tradelines are really becoming a big key into getting a mortgage these days...they are very important so inform you customers before you have them call me!!! If they don't have them, I got some ideas to help them out! I strive to help every customer!!! and work with them until we can get them done...that is my promise!
