Recently a Los Angeles Realtor offered a home listing the asking price in Dollars, Euros and Pounds. It got a lot of attention, which I suspect 
was the true aim. Nevertheless it does bring center stage the fact that more and more global investors are buying homes in Southern California. Can you blame them? There are some great deals right now if you have financing.
I have had several international business people contact me interested in buying condominiums. They know it is a great investment. One client visits Los Angeles twice a year for business, on both occasions he stays for about a month. Now instead of spending an exorbitant amount on luxury hotels he has the convenience of his own home which he can lock and leave. It's a great investment. During the months he is not in LA he has family members and business associates who look forward to brief stays in his luxurious urban investment.
