If you are fashion conscious or have discriminating tastes, don't think that Charlotte has been left behind in the upscale renaissance. You don't need to travel to Atlanta to get all of the latest fashions. Charlotte has enjoyed success recently as a major financial center. South Park mall in the South Park area of Charlotte NC Real Estate has become a hot spot for upscale shopping and fashion.
Some of the stores that South Park has added to its tennant list include Coach, Louis Vuitton, Kenneth Cole and Nieman Marcus. The Nieman Marcus store is a recent add on to the original mall, which was build almost 30 years ago, but has seen extensive renovations over the years to keep up with the times.
If you get tired and hungry at the mall there are ample dining options. The food court is well populated, but attached to the mall, there are notable restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, McCormick and Schmicks, and a Morton's Steakhouse.
There have been several add ons including the one I already mentioned that produced a Nieman Marcus and a Nordstrom, but they have also built several strips around the mall. Dick's Sporting Goods now has a foothold on the mall.
For the booklovers, there is a Joeseph Beth Bookstore that was recently added onto the main building.
