Hi Joe: I'm so happy for you and your region that things are beginning to rebound. The Canadian dollar is in the dumpster again verse the U.S. dollar, so I'm not sure where we are at personally regarding buying. But we still want to very much! We are planning to be in the Fort Myers Beach area for the first two weeks of March - I hope we can connect then.
In the meantime, I admire your positive attitude that is carrying you through tough times. Your messages are always optimistic and I look forward to seeing the listings every morning.
