Monday, December 15,2008 and 2008 is coming to an end. I have been in new home building and real estate for a long time and never have I been this concerned. I have joined Keller Williams Real Estate because I have closed 2 single family home building companies and was doing new home high rise condominium sales but the golas of management were very unrealistic. Work hard, make sales, and then the company is sold, closed, or you are replaced for less pay. 2009 will be better, attitude,work ethic, organization, is the key to financial success. I need any referrals I can receive.
