 My first blog to the new (Customer Service) Group!

 This is my first posted blog to the new (Customer Service) Group. My first company that I have had the worst Customer Service is (Bank of America).

 There is this Bank of America location only 2 blocks from where we live and it's one problem after another, some of the tellers are rude and I have stood toe to toe with the manager.

 I contacted Bank of America and filed a complaint, since then when I walk into the bank I have received wonderful service. Bank of America mentioned to me if I ever have trouble again to contact them any time.

 Bank of America is such a huge company, I think it is very difficult to keep track of all it's employees. But, if you have any trouble you do know what your options are.
