These 7 sales occurred between 11/09/2008 and 11/15/2008. The properties denoted with an (*) were bank owned homes within Oviedo. I do believe over the next few weeks we will begin to see more foreclosures begin to sell as many pending sales of foreclosures should begin to receive acceptance letters from lenders.
