This week the Department of Public Safety (dps) has increased the speed limit on stretched on I10 through downtown Phoenix from 24th st and the I17 stack freeway interchange.
Th old limit was 55 MPH and this has been raised to 65 MPH, most of the day this will not matter due to the amount of traffic on this stretch but in off hours it will assist with the flow.
