I used to work for Sprint whose office is (was?) in Apopka. I have very fond memories of living in Orlando and do miss it, especially during Christmas time when all the theme parks and hotels are decorated to the hilt.

I have almost forgotten how much house one gets for $300K-400K. In my neck of the woods (alameda), $400K will get you a fixer house, or a decent condo.

Your listing sounds like my old house at Palma Vista. That's one of the other things I miss!
