I’ve just completed my certification and am I am now a “Certified Distress Property Expert”(CDPE).  In my industry I’ve been coming in contact with many people in need and I am so happy to have completed this course.  I am now able to help many people in need.  Due to the extensive training I am now able to help owners that are in distress situations and  upside down on their mortgages.  The key is avoiding foreclosure.  We have found that the process and procedures for Short Sales and Pre-Foreclosure homes change day in and day out.  Getting this high level training has prepared me for what the lenders want.  Being part of the CDPE team will enable me to keep up to date on the constant changes that happen throughout our industry.  I want everyone to know that they are not the only ones and that there is hope out there.  Don’t worry there are Realtors that are knowledgeable and can make it happen.
