Kansas City visitors will witness a new Downtown Kansas City in the fall of this year when the $850 million dollar entertainment district opens.
Hailed as the biggest development project in the Mid-west it is the plan that it will reenergize out downtown by offering entertainment, retail, dining and all sorts of things for visitors and conventioneers to do.
It's a nine-block district and is being built as a two-phase project.
