Week three of 2009 and I have written 2 contracts and one listing.  I need to do much better and it will come.      Prospecting is the key.  SW Florida is the land of beautiful beaches, warm weather and very inexpensive homes.  If you know of anyone who wants to live is a great place all the or part time, this is the place to be.  So much is going on it is hard to write about it all.  Let me know if you are anyone you know wants to live in paradise. There are close to 20,000 + foreclosures on the market and short sales galore.  Now is definitely the time to buy!
