Don't you jus love it when you spend a weekend extending the exposure of a listing. This past week I started a new campaign promoting one of my listings - actually the one featured on my profile page with Active Rain. Added it to Craigs List and a number of other websites. Contacted a professional photographer to come a take new photos...the list goes on.
Then one of my colleagues and her husband that have been looking at the property decide to purchase the home. Gotta love it.
I think I will start new marketing campaigns with my other listings to see what activity I can get going.
