A simple thing you can do to start feeling better about your financial situation is to BLESS the money you spend or give.
I do this all the time. I go to Subway and get my foot long and pay 5.33 cents and as I do that under my breath I say, "May this money BLESS and PROSPER you greatly. I know it comes back to me immediately, massively, abundantly, 100 fold!"
Jesus said a blessing when he fed the 4000 and 5000. He took what he had, raised it toward heaven, gave thanks and BLESS the food. The BLESSING in FAITH multiplied the supply on hand.
I know many people have a limited supply of money right now. However, if you practice BLESSING what you have and send it out with JOY and believe in FAITH (free of doubt and fear) it will return to you...it ALWAYS does!
