It never fails to make me smile when I see the RE/MAX balloon flying over Tucson, AZ!

I wonder every time, "who is in that balloon?"

Do they take prospective clients up? RE/MAX agents who made top 10?

Homeowners who just purchased a million dollar home?

Or is the pilot up there all alone, advertising for RE/MAX?

I have wonder that to, they have one flying over the flathead valley up here in montana a least 4 days a week all summer.

I guess with handling rental properties, I've had to think about premises liability far too many times ... or I just have too many friends that are Personal Injury lawyers.... But the first thing I think is: What happens if it crashes? Who carries the insurance? If a client is on board, who gets sued? The corporation? Does the agent who invited the client get named in the suit, too? Or do they have any passengers sign a liability waiver?

You know, they actually do take clients up. They have to sign a waiver. When we sponser balloon rides, everyone that enters the balloon signs the waiver. I love that balloon! Wonderful photo!

I took my ride in the countryside of Pennsylvania, where the worst thing you could hit on landing was a field of cornstalks. Since they can't set these things down on a dime, how do they get around the cholla and saguaros?! And you're never a spoilsport! :)
