I watch a short video today from Bob Proctor's "Six Minutes to Success" (www.DiscoverYourSuccess.net) and he talked about the LAW OF COMPENSATION.
Basically it boils down to these three parts:
1. The NEED for what you do.
2. Your ability to do it.
3. The difficulty in replacing you.
Looking further into it. #1 and #3 are taken care of when YOU take care of #2. This is especially true in Real Estate and Mortgages...there are plenty of people to replace you. So in order to be in demand and to create more demand for your service you MUST do things in a CERTAIN WAY that will cause you to get better at what you do!
As your ability improves there is more of a demand for your service!!
