Steve,

Wow, these are large numbers! Seems similar to another blog you wrote not too long ago! How do you base your percentages?  Are they based on the number of office agents divided by the number of total sales per office?  I would think that this might give people a more ACCURATE percentage rather than just basing the number of sales per office. As we ALL know, some offices are much larger than some of the independents who sell real estate in the Lake Arrowhead and mountain communities!

Thank you for reading my material.

The intent of the document is to illustrate which offices in Lake Arrowhead are selling properties.  In the past I have published statistics on per agent productivity which is what your comment is referring to.  When I have done those reports they have demonstrated that Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty agents are the most productive agents on the mountain.
