I realize it has been a couple of weeks since the US Air Flight #1549 crashed in the Hudson---but it remains such an inspiring story & the only happy ending we've had in many long months. One of my sisters couldn't get enough of the story, going from network to network to see the coverage. I tuned into Dateline the next day & admit that I, too, found the story very compelling. Could it be that we're starved for good news?? I understand that papers & TV have to report all news, but occasionally it'd be nice if more 'feel good' or human interest stories were reported. Life isn't all negative, so why should the news be?

It was challenging to get into and out of the office this weekend due to all the foot traffic and vehicular traffic for those coming into town for the pilot's "Thank You" from our lovely city of Danville, CA

My brother was coming to visit me for my birthday from New York. He could not get the connection he wanted out of Charolette, otherwise he would have been on that flight. A true miracle for sure
