The EpiCentre will be Charlotte's newest hotspot for dining, drinking and entertainment.

Strike City Lanes has just opened up in the new development in uptown Charlotte. The whole venue is designed to make uptown Charlotte more inviting and more appealing to city dwellers. The city is not devoid of things to do and places to go, but they currently are decentralized. They are spread out or clustered into neighborhoods that grew up around suburbs when charlotte was growing.

The bowling alley opened its doors and is having a invitation only party this week, the Business Journal reported.

It is just one of the fun businesses that are going in downtown that will make uptown more lively more upbeat and younger.

The Epicentre is located 210 E Trade St in Charlotte, NC which is right downtown. It is one block away from the center of the city, which is Trade and Tryon Street. Those two roads were originally two trading routes which crossed. That is how Charlotte grew up. The central location of the Epicenter really can't be beat in terms of accessibility to downtown workers.

It will make it a lot easier and funner to go out and grab a bite for lunch or a drink after work.
