Snowy Beauty in Hudson Ohio!

It was a beautiful day to show the house, and it's a beautiful house to show. Looks like it's in Vermont, doesn't it?

While we were touring my listing today, deer were quietly munching in the backyard! One of the niceties of this property is the partially fenced yard - the deer can't get to all of the plantings!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from skiing, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Downtown Hudson, expressways, shopping, etc. You can hear the trains in the distance when you are outside. Middleton Park meets the back edge of the property. In the summer, a natural wall of tall leafy trees provides privacy and shade. The fence gives pets and kids the chance to romp while parents relax, too.

There is a flagstone patio under all the snow, as well as a water feature. A stationary gas grill creates mouthwatering aromas as everyone waits for dinner (and the neighbors wish they were invited...)
