Cape Elizabeth Maine real estate had a slow January with only 3 transactions taking place at an average sold price of 378K compared with 4 transactions a year prior, 9 in November and 5 in December of 2008. Pricing is erractic given the small sample size of residential units as the average sold price a year ago was 280K and last month was 538K The inventory of property remained constant at about 75 units for sale.
