The Woodbridge/Lake Ridge Virginia Single Family Home Market Update For January 2009

If you are in the market to sell your single family home in today's real estate market, rest assured there are a few good trends working for you. Single Family homes are selling quickly in the 22192 zip code area. Communities such as Lake Ridge, Lynnwood, Westridge and Old Bridge Estates are experiencing rapid sales.  The best news for you, homes are selling on average in less than 60 days!

 Now the bad news. The values have adjusted to that of 2002 values and sometimes lower. Take a look:

 

January 2009 -33 Single Family Homes Under Contract- Avg Time To Sell 58 Days- Avg Price $399K

January 2008  14 Single Family Homes SOLD--   Avg Time To Sell 101 Days-Avg Price $450K

January 2007 22 Single Family Homes SOLD -   Avg Time To Sell 138 Days-Avg Price $504K
