A happy reason to sell

I just had to share this with all my South West Missouri friends!

that we thought it was important to let people know this is a happy sale - the owner has been very happy in the house and is selling because she's getting married.

Pink Streets Home For Sale

They're getting married! She's selling her home; he's selling his home; they're buying a new home together.

Sometimes homes has vibes - and it's good to know that a home was happy and that there were good times there. Perhaps that means that you'll have god times there as well.

More than one person looking at this home in the three days since it came on the market said, "He must be quite a guy for her to give up this house!" He is. And this means that there's a wonderful home in a great neighborhood available for sale. Hurry, and it can be yours.

Debbie: Congratulations to your friends...but, my Lord, to give up that house???? I don't know if I'd be willing to make the sacrifice. I don't care how much I loved the girl!

There are many reasons to sell and what better reason to sell than getting married?

Debbie: What a happy story. Great idea for marketing a home on Pink Street that is for sale. Stepping outside of the box and focusing on the positive is a wonderful trend. Hopefully we will start to see other stories similar to this that will promote a Happy Selling of a home.

Thanks Liz for stopping by. Wish I could take credit for the sign rider but that goes to Sharon Sims down in Florida. Her team listed this home and created the rider.

Debbie, I love that home! It doesn't look like a typical FL home at all! Yes, there are happy reasons why people are selling, it's a good reminder.
