Well...after sending a proposal to The White House, Senate Banking Commitee Chairman and the Ranking Memeber and our two fine Wisconsin Senators I made follow up phone calls.
Talk about frustration! These folks are in the bunker and the poor souls that answer the phone have the dubious job of BLOWING us the Who's of Whoville off. Don't get me wrong. I did not expect helicopters to land at my office and swoop me to the White House south lawn. I would accept the ride but I doubt that would happen.
It was my intent to offer a viable tool to secure home owners that are in trouble and help stabilize our housing industry that would lead to a stable economy. I would hope to have the chance to explain my plan and have holes shot in it or discover that I may just be on to something.
I sat down with a small group of Attorney's today and ran this proposal past them. not that Attorney's are the end all be all...but most Political people are Lawyers right.
The Attorney's that attended this meeting felt that I was on to something. It (my proposal) would impact people in a positive way and DOES reimburse the tax payer over 15 years.
I am not pretending to be smarter than I am....just trying to YELL that I have an idea and want to be a part of the solution and not sit on the sidelines.
