No longer a Virgin

Hello all.  This is my first Blog so we'll see how it goes.  I thought I'd touch on the somewhat mystifying aspects of real estate as I surely don't want to run out of things to say.  Somewhere between the endless details and the vague guidelines is the phone call; the client wants to put in an offer.  I've only recieved a few but I remember them more than I do the difference between joint tenancy and severality or pre-qual vs. pre-approved or radon mitigation costs or grievance arbitration whoas (not that these things have happened to me yet).  There is an indescribable satisfaction in this mystery.  When a client comes to terms with the dream of owning a property and the dollars blend into a smooth harmony of acceptance and they call you to make it happen, confidence grows in a boost.  I'm ready to do it again.
