But, in blogging, isn't this consider "key word stuffing" and could be a bad thing when it comes to the search engines?  Different than dealing with the minds of real people.  Hmmmm.... an interesting thought, though.

Carol - You raise an interesting point. In what circumstances is the prevalance of key words - or as the gurus call it - keyword density - considered "stuffing" rather than an essential piece of the post?  I shall research and report back.

I'd add phoenix home values. You don't show in the first 10 pages, AR is nonexistant.

I've seen great results from focusing on keyword density - how much density is too dense (stuffing?)  I'm sure there's a blog for that out there, too.
