Active Rain - it continues to pleasantly amaze me! Just back from a month long hiatus and already two calls - one of which is now a listing - due to the blogs of the last couple of days. I've noticed that we are now being treated to Active Rain headlines in "living color" - which no doubt will attract attention to the posts using that technique in the short term - but once everyone catches on will likely make the dashboard look like a "color splash"! I had the chance to visit the Mokarabia Coffee Bar in Verrado for the first time today. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. The coffee is excellent and business is brisk.
