Sure thing Cynthia!

It's just a table in html with some colors in the cells. Copy it if you like and past it in a wysiwyg html editor. I use Front Page but there are all kinds of shareware out there. Then you may add or delete rows and columns, change the colors or font, make it your own as it were. Then copy the html code and when you post on Active Rain, choose the html option, paste the code in the window that opens up, save it, and voila!

( btw - It's not a spreadsheet)
