This is a tough market, no doubt.  The general feeling I hear, is "I'm working twice as hard and making half as much!"  This may be true.  The members of our team can help reduce the stress by handling tasks effectivley and effeciently so that we may do what we do best.  Isn't it great to order title and have it show up in your inbox the next day?  If my title agent says " I'll take care of it" that's money in the bank for me!  I have worked hard to build that relationship and it shows.  Through good times and bad, we have mutual respect.  I don't expect her to give me such a deal that she is left short, the oposite actually, I want her to prosper!  If she is happy, then I am happy!

Let the business associates on your team know that you care!! Send an e-mail or write a quick note thanking them for the service they provide and tell them that you value their help!  DO IT NOW!  Don't wait 'til tomorrow. 

if there is one thing (there really are many) that I have learned from the current market, it is to appreciate those that help me in my business and I take their success seriously.
