8 Comments on Building Personal Relationships are So Important in Real Estate!
Hi Anne - You are absolutely correct. We're not just selling homes; we're building lasting relationships based on positive experiences. From a business sense this is important; satisfied customers will make referrals. Even more importantly, positive relationships are always built on trust and if a past clients feels that trust in you they will not only remember you but they will also feel confident sending people close to them your way.
Anne,
I do agree with you here. I will use a restaurant for example. You go to a restaurant, and the food is okay, it isn't fabulous, but it isn't bad either. However your service is fantastic. The wait staff was pleasent, kind, quick, and did everything just right. Now you go to a different restaurant, and the food is really good. However here, the service is always horrible. You get your drink filled maybe twice, the check always takes forever to come, and they make you feel like you are a bother.
My guess is your going to go back to the restaurant with the great service and good food, rather the restaurant with the great food and bad service. I say this because when we go out, we want to be pampered, cared for, and feel like we are the only customer in the joint. If this is what your getting at Anne, I am totally with you. Service is the main thing in Real Estate and making your client feel as if they are your only one.
This is so true.
It's an essential part of this business and the key for repeat customers!
Have a great weekend...
