Westside Vancouver Attached Property Market Update : March 2nd - March 9th

We would like to present our  ‘Westside Attached Stat Package‘, for the week of March 2nd - March 9th.  New listing numbers increased slightly, moving from 79 new attached listings to 96 on the Westside.  Sales figures spiked slightly as we continue to experience a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a continued rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.

This past week there were 190 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 96 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.

The 96 new active attached listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:

University (UL) : 11
South Cambie (SC) : 1
Shaughnessy (SH) : 2
Quilchena (QU) : 3
Point Grey (PG) : 2
Oakridge (OA) : 2
Marpole (MR) : 4
Mount Pleasant (MP) : 3
Kitsilano (KT): 28
Kerrisdale (KE): 6
Fairview (FA) : 25
Cambie (CA) : 9

The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 96 : 190 or 51% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from March 2nd - March 9th.

This past week there were 81 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 34 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.

The 34 sold listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:

Quilchena (QU) : 2
Marpole (MR) : 2
Mount Pleasant (MP) : 2
Kitsilano (KT) : 11

The Westside neighbourhoods accounted for 34 : 81 or 42% of overall Vancouver West attached solds from March 2nd - March 9th.
