Lights, Camera, Action! Fairfield home shines on video
So, you can't visit the home you like in person? This may be the next best thing! How many times have you seen a virtual tour and been disappointed when you physically got to the home? It's not uncommon. Visual tours are shot using a still camera that is then placed on a tripod with a panoramic head. You take continuous shots until you have covered a 360 degree angle. You usually end up with a distorted sense of the rooms. If the camera has a wide angle lens, it's a bit better, but still doesn't give you the true proportions of the room.
This was actually shot with a video camera and then narrated. I think it gives you the viewer a much better feel for the house. It's also a good way to point out some of the important features of the house and improvements that have been made. Let me know what you think! Get out the popcorn and enjoy!
