The Holidays Are Approaching Where Do You Stand

With the holidays just around the corner many agents are now taking a look at the results of 2006. Many agents will be celebrating reaching their goals and many will be scrambling to close a few more transactions before the end of the year. If you feel that you are in the second group and have not reached your goals, ask yourself the following questions:

1.      Did you have a plan for 2006?

2.      Did you remain focused on your goals?

3.     Did you hold yourself accountable for your own success?

If you answered "no" to any of these questions then you most likely did not have a plan in place for a successful 2006. Now is the time to establish a solid plan for 2007. Take advantage of the time you have now to evaluate 2006 and make the necessary changes to reach your 2007 goals. And please, do not forget that people buy and sell real estate in November and December so go out and sell them a home!  For additional information and guidance on this topic we have posted an article on our website entitled "The Holidays Are Approaching, Where Does Your Business Stand?" for you to review.

I will take the time to evaluate 2006 and see where my business is. I will establish a plan for a successful 2007. During this Holiday season I will continue to work with my Sellers and Buyers. By working during the Holidays, while other agents are taking time off, I will reap the rewards of my efforts. I will take responsibility for my own success.
