With all the talk of interest rates.. (good news) it sounds like a good time to buy... Well, in our area....believe it or not... it's actually difficult to find a home.. Bank owned properties are flying off the market, then there are short sales.......which, depending on the situation can be difficult, due to the fact that it's hard to pin down when a buyer could expect to close.
